Now that I'm done with the good morning gorgeous colours I have a few new High Shine colours to try. I really like Flash, it is a soft lilac.
EYES:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance,
50/50 mix well rested/clear radince all over,
High Shine Flash lash to brow,
Gossip in crease,
Eclipse lash to crease on outer 1/2ish,
Big and Bright in Intense Black top and bottom,
Black Tea mascara.
CHEEKS: Pink Ribbon blush

One of the challenges this week on Majyk was to do a date night look. I like a semi-smoky eye for going out to dinner so that's what I did.
I think my theory about buxom mascara is true. I think it does get better with time. When I opened this tube of buxom mascara I thought it was thinner than the previous tube and I was a little disappointed. So I had only worn it maybe 5-6 times since I opened it. Well today when I used it it was more the consistancy of my previous tube and it is great. So if you didn't love the buxom mascara the first time you used it, set it aside and use it once in a while and in a few months it will be perfectly aged like a fine wine.

Eclipse in outer corner and V and gently smudged along upper lash line on the outer 3/4,

This was my look for a very casual dinner party. I get a little nervous when I have to interact with other humans and I wasn't in the best mood. When I'm grumpy a smoky eye seems to fit my mood best, but I used purple because I thought it would make me feel better and it did. It was probably too dramatic for the party but I don't care. The party ended up being a good time so it all worked out.
As it turns out Schnauzer and In A Jam are very similar. The liner wasn't quite as bright in real life but I think if I do this look again I'll just use balck liner.

Hyacinth under brow and on inner 2/4ish lash to crese over Schnauzer,
Buxom Stay There Schnauzer lash into crease,
In A Jam in crease and outer corner,
Eclipse lash to crease outer 1/3ish,
UD 24/7 liner in Ransom along upper and lower lash line smudged out with Eclipse,
Falsies mascara.
CHEEKS: Pink Tourmaline blush
LIPS: Vienna Buxom with NYX Pink Nude over it in the center.
