I guess I'm back to my blue Monday thing. You could use Azure or Crusin' Teddi if you don't have loli.
EYES:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance, 50/50 mix well rested/clear radince all over, Clarity Under brow, Tinsel lash into crease on outer 1/2ish, Loli lash to crease on inner 2/3ish, Fearless wet lined on top, Tarte Mascara.
This look was inspired by a Mack Truck that was in front of me while I was driving around yesterday. It was sea green with silver trim and I thought it looked nice.
EYES:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance, 50/50 mix well rested/clear radince all over, Clarity under brow, Buxom Stay there Chihuahua lash to crease, Aquamarine in outer part of crease and outer 1/3ish, Key Lime in middle of crease and lid, French Navy wet lined on top, Aquamarine dry lined on bottom, Rimmel mascara.
I did a look with the "Samantha's Smokey Eye" kit a while back but haven't played much with it until now. The new product in the kit is the Buxom eye shadow stick. I find it a bit hard to work with but I like the overall effect. Smokin' Pistol is a very dark black. By itself it is very very dramatic but you can easily soften the look by putting a shadow over it. I find it hard to get a really even layer of colour over my entire lid by blending, so I like to add another colour over it to even it out and soften the edges.
In the first look I used a purple shadow over Smokin' pistol and in the video I used Tinsel (blue).
EYES:
PTFE, wr/cr, Snowflake under brow, Buxom Smokin' Pistol lash to crease, Snowmandance Amythest over smokin' pistol, Buxom mascara.
EYES: PTFE, wr/cr, Clarity under brow, Buxom Smokin' Pistol in a thick line and smudged out lash to crease, Tinsel in crease and over smokin pistol Buxom mascara.
Last week I went on a mini vacation. I went to Kansas City with my family. We went to the Negro Leagues baseball museum and the jazz museum as well as a Royals game. So of course I had to wear Royals colours (even though they were playing the Yankees and I have watched them since I was a kid). This is the look I did for the game.
While I was in KC I went to the Oak Park Mall Boutique and Sephora so I got a few new colours. I got Buxom Stay there in Pug, the new charity colour Unforgettable, Dakota, and Here Kitty. Before I left I also ordered the Girlfriend Collection and the Royal Treatment collection. I don't have the Royal treatment collection yet. Hopefully over the weekend I will be able to post some swatches and looks with the new stuff.
EYES:
TFSI, wr/cr, Clarity under brow, Denim in crease and outer corner with a little Dakota over it in the outer 1/4 to darken it, Blue moon lash to crease on outer 2/3, KVD liner from metal orchestra, mascara.
I just discovered the joys of makeup a few years ago. Makeup allows me to be creative everyday. In this blog I will be sharing some of my looks, product reviews and swatches with you. Please feel free to ask me questions or make requests.
